Five Kane County Families Welcome Leap Day Babies

After a day without any births at Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin, five Kane County moms welcomed Leap Day babies into the world within three hours of each other there Thursday night.

These five leapings were born between 9:01 p.m. and 11:44 p.m., making the cutoff for this rare and special birthday:
